6 WEEK STARTER PROGRAMME
Your starting point at Elixir Gym

If you're new to Elixir, our 6 Week Starter Programme is the best place to begin.​ This programme is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency while learning how to train properly in a supportive, female only environment.​
Over the 6 weeks you'll follow our structured strength training system, receive coaching support with your nutrition, and build the habits needed to create real long term results. By the end of the programme you’ll feel stronger, more confident in the gym, and ready to continue progressing as part of the Elixir community.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Small Group Strength Training
​
You’ll train in our coached small group sessions.
All sessions are capped at 12 people, allowing our coaches to give individual guidance, correct technique, and modify exercises based on your ability and individual needs.
Everyone follows the same structured strength training programme, designed to build full body strength, improve mobility and strengthen joints safely and progressively.

Structured Training System
​
At Elixir we run training in 4 week phases, with three different sessions each week:

Each week you attend one A, one B, and one C session, ensuring balanced progress and recovery.
​
This structure removes the guesswork and helps you train consistently.
​
Coaching & Accountability
​
During the 6 weeks you’ll be assigned a coach who will support you with:
• Weekly WhatsApp check-ins
• Nutrition guidance suited to your individual goals
• Habit support and accountability
• Progress monitoring
​
The goal is not just to train hard in the gym, but also improve the habits outside the gym that influence results.
​
Progress Tracking
​
You’ll complete InBody scans at the start and end of the programme so you can track changes in body composition and see the progress you’ve made.
​
We focus on strength, performance, and body composition improvements, rather than just scale weight.

Every person is different, but over the 6 weeks most members experience:

Sessions run throughout the week to make it easy to fit training around work and lifestyle.

6:00am, 7:00am
5:30pm, 6:30pm​

You book onto the sessions that suit you each week.​

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 6 WEEKS?
After completing the Starter Programme, you’ll have the option to continue as a full Elixir member.
​
Members continue training within our structured programme and ongoing training phases, while maintaining coaching support and progress tracking.
​
Many of our members stay for years because the system keeps them progressing and the community keeps them motivated.
