Training

Follow a structured training program that is carefully designed. It is a strength training program which includes a variety of exercises that make you look and feel better!

Build better eating habits as you work towards your goal. Our coaches work with you to build a nutrition plan that not only gets you results, whilst being enjoyable and maintainable.

Having someone to be accountable to, especially when building new habits will get you the quickest results possible! Our coaches provide support, answer questions and help you stay on track.

What you get:

Join Elixir with our 6 Week Program​ Intake (we have options for longer term membership after the initial 6 weeks)

We intake once per month, so if you sign up you will start on the next intake date

- Initial Consultation to discuss your individual goals

-  3 Training sessions each week, plus additional cardio sessions (optional)

- Get clear 1:1 feedback and coaching on your lifts inside of the gym

- Access to our App to follow a structured strength training program that is guaranteed to get results

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior experience to join?

No, absolutely not. We welcome all levels and abilities. Due to how we work and our small personal sessions, we can progress from wherever your starting point may be. 

Is there an age limit to join?

No. We have members of all ages. It is never too late to start building your strength and improving your life. Strength training has so many benefits for women of all ages. 

Do I need to do anything else alongside this program?

You don't need to! Our 3 sessions per week is enough, our training program includes enough training stimulus to get the results desired. Although strength training isn't cardio, your heart rate will still be elevated throughout and you will be burning calories - as well as developing strength and growing muscle tissue.

What are the benefits of strength training?

Strength training is so underrated for women. It builds muscle, burn more calories, and strengthens bones, which can prevent conditions such as osteoporosis. It also makes every day life easier, improves confidence and improved mental health. Having more muscle also helps you lose body fat quicker and easier.
