Your bloodwork is analysed by Harrison Fleetwood, a certified Functional Bloodwork Practitioner specialising in performance, hormonal health, and recovery optimisation. 

Harrison works with athletes, high performers, and those looking to optimise their health through detailed blood analysis and personalised health strategies.

Your results are analysed in context looking at patterns across hormones, inflammation, recovery markers, and nutritional status, rather than simply checking whether results fall within standard medical ranges.

Most blood tests are treated as pass or fail.
In this program your bloodwork is analysed as a signal, helping us understand what your body actually needs to perform and recover better

Do I need prior experience to join?

No, absolutely not. We welcome all levels and abilities. Due to how we work and our small personal sessions, we can progress from wherever your starting point may be. 

Is there an age limit to join?

No. We have members of all ages. It is never too late to start building your strength and improving your life. Strength training has so many benefits for women of all ages. 

Do I need to do anything else alongside this program?

You don't need to! Our 3 sessions per week is enough, our training program includes enough training stimulus to get the results desired. Although strength training isn't cardio, your heart rate will still be elevated throughout and you will be burning calories - as well as developing strength and growing muscle tissue.

What are the benefits of strength training?

Strength training is so underrated for women. It builds muscle, burn more calories, and strengthens bones, which can prevent conditions such as osteoporosis. It also makes every day life easier, improves confidence and improved mental health. Having more muscle also helps you lose body fat quicker and easier.
