At Elixir, you don’t walk in and “just work out”.

Every member follows a structured strength programme delivered in 4 week phases.
Each week includes three sessions  A, B and C, designed to build strength progressively.

You always know what you’re doing.
And why you’re doing it.

Small Groups. Real Coaching.

Sessions are capped at 12 women

That means you’re coached - not overlooked
Exercises are adapted to your level, whether you’re brand new to the gym or more experienced.

A Proper Start.

Every new member begins with our 6 Week Programme.

• Learn the foundations
• Build confidence
• Understand the structure
• Integrate smoothly into sessions

We don’t rush people in.
We do it properly.

When you join Elixir, you’re not left to figure things out alone.

You’ll be assigned a coach who will:

• Support your integration into training
• Guide your nutrition
• Monitor your progress
• Provide ongoing check ins

This ensures every member receives individual attention within our small group structure.
